1. 事業者について

EOS AI OS は、ウェブサイト eosaios.com およびソースコード公開ツール EOS App・EOS CLI を運営しています。お問い合わせは [email protected] までお願いします。

2. 収集する情報

お問い合わせフォーム：当サイトのお問い合わせフォームをご利用いただくと、氏名・メールアドレス・メッセージ内容を受け取ります。メール：直接メールをいただくと、メールアドレスとメッセージ内容を受け取ります。技術情報：言語設定を記憶するための小さなCookieを設定します。広告トラッカーは使用せず、データを販売することは一切ありません。購入：製品をご購入いただくと、merchant of record（Gumroad および Creem）からメールアドレス・氏名・ご購入いただいた製品の情報を受け取り、購入の納品とサポートに利用します。

Google ログイン：Google でのログインでは openid、email、profile のみを要求します。Google アカウント識別子、確認済みメールアドレス、氏名を受け取り保存し、EOS アカウントの作成・識別、ログイン方法の連携、認証に使用します。このログインで Gmail、Drive、カレンダー、連絡先へのアクセスは要求せず、Google のパスワードも受け取りません。Google アクセストークンはログイン時の本人情報取得後に破棄し、Google のアクセストークンやリフレッシュトークンは保存しません。EOS セッション認証情報はログイン維持のためブラウザーに保存されます。Google アカウントデータを販売、広告利用、AI モデル提供者への送信はしません。EOS アカウントセンターで連携やアカウント削除を管理でき、[email protected] にデータに関する権利の行使を依頼するか、Google アカウント設定で EOS のアクセスを取り消せます。

3. 情報の利用目的

お問い合わせへの返信、購入の処理と納品、製品とサイトの改善に利用します。また、永続アップデートが含まれる購入については、メールアドレス宛に製品アップデートのお知らせをお送りします。明示的にご同意いただいた場合を除き、マーケティングメールは送信しません。

4. 決済と第三者

購入は決済プロバイダー兼 merchant of record（現在は Gumroad と Creem）が処理します。決済・請求・税金を代行し、決済処理には各社のプライバシーポリシーが適用されます。カード情報は受け取らず、保存もしません。

5. あなたの権利

当方が保有する個人情報の閲覧・訂正・削除は、いつでも [email protected] までご請求いただけます。

選択した言語は設定用 Cookie に保存され、EOS サイトとアカウントセンターで共有されます。言語メニューで変更するか、ブラウザの Cookie を消去して削除できます。

EOS Todo and purchase events

Local tasks stay on your device. With Pro, you can enable end-to-end encrypted cloud sync. Only encrypted task content and image bytes are sent to EOS storage. Keep your sync passphrase and recovery code safe. AI requests send relevant messages and content you choose to provide to EOS hosted AI or your configured provider. Sign-in, update checks and feedback also use the network. Server-side purchase records cover successfully created checkouts, verified payments and confirmed subscription cancellations, using opaque account references and platform order/subscription IDs, without emails, card details, tokens or raw payment callbacks. No third-party browser analytics SDK is used. Event recording never controls payment or entitlements.

EOS Todo basic usage statistics

Free and paid users can turn basic usage statistics off in Settings. When enabled by default, the client records the first observed launch, foreground-use times, version, channel and platform. Signed-out use has a random installation ID; signed-in use has an opaque account reference for activity and verified payment conversion. Server identifiers are HMAC processed and observation details are retained for 400 days. No tasks, screenshots, email addresses, hardware identifiers or session tokens are included in observations. Offline observations retry when online. Turning statistics off stops reporting and clears queued observations; re-enabling does not replay the disabled period. Historical launches before this feature cannot be recovered. Statistics failures never block local features. No third-party analytics SDK is used.
