Contact form: when you use the contact form on our website, we receive your name, email address, and the message you send. Email: when you email us directly, we receive your email address and the content of your messages. Technical basics: we set a small cookie to remember your language preference. We do not use advertising trackers and we never sell your data. Purchases: when you buy a product, our merchants of record (Gumroad and Creem) share with us your email address, name, and the product you purchased, so that we can deliver your purchase and provide support.
Google sign-in: when you choose Sign in with Google, we request only openid, email, and profile. We receive and store your Google account identifier, verified email address, and name to create or identify your EOS account, link your login method, and sign you in. This login does not request access to Gmail messages, Drive files, Calendar, or Contacts, and we never receive your Google password. Google access tokens are used only to retrieve your identity during login and are then discarded; we do not store Google access or refresh tokens. EOS session credentials are stored in your browser to keep you signed in. We do not sell Google account data, use it for advertising, or send it to AI model providers. You can manage linked login methods and request account deletion in the EOS account center, contact [email protected] to exercise your data rights, or revoke EOS access in your Google Account settings.
We use your information to respond to your questions, process and deliver your purchases, and improve our products and website. We also use your email address to send product update notifications for purchases that include lifetime updates. We do not send marketing emails unless you explicitly opt in.
Purchases are processed by our payment providers and merchants of record (currently Gumroad and Creem). They handle payment, invoicing, and tax on our behalf, and their privacy policies apply to payment processing. We do not receive or store your card details.

Your language selection is remembered with a preference cookie shared by the EOS website and account center. You can change it with the language menu or remove it by clearing browser cookies.
Local tasks stay on your device. With Pro, you can enable end-to-end encrypted cloud sync. Only encrypted task content and image bytes are sent to EOS storage. Keep your sync passphrase and recovery code safe. AI requests send relevant messages and content you choose to provide to EOS hosted AI or your configured provider. Sign-in, update checks and feedback also use the network. Server-side purchase records cover successfully created checkouts, verified payments and confirmed subscription cancellations, using opaque account references and platform order/subscription IDs, without emails, card details, tokens or raw payment callbacks. No third-party browser analytics SDK is used. Event recording never controls payment or entitlements.
